1. Acceptance: By accessing and playing Chaos Meter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the Game: Chaos Meter is free to play, for personal and non-commercial entertainment use, directly in your browser. No account or download is required. Additional card packs are optional one-time purchases, unlocked using a license key. Each key can be activated up to 20 times; if you run out or lose your key, contact us and we will help. A license key is for the buyer's own use on their own devices; sharing, selling, or publishing it is strictly prohibited, and shared keys may be deactivated without a refund. You must be at least 16 to use Chaos Meter. Purchases must be made by someone of legal age in their country (18 in most countries); a parent or guardian can buy a pack for a younger player.
3. Your License to Use the Game: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and play Chaos Meter for personal, non-commercial use. Any use beyond what these Terms allow is not permitted.
4. Payments & Refunds: Extra card packs are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and confirm that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal. All purchases are therefore final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at contact@playchaosmeter.com and we will do our best to help.
5. Seller and Payment Provider: Card packs are sold by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), which handles payment, invoicing, and taxes as the merchant of record. When you buy a card pack, you buy it from Creem under Creem's Buyer Terms, and any information you give Creem is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Creem's service or for communication between you and Creem.
6. Intellectual Property: The game's design, code, cards, text, and branding are the property of the operator of Chaos Meter and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
7. User Conduct: You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the service.
8. External Links: This site contains links to third-party websites, such as our shop and social media pages. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. No Warranty: Chaos Meter is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Chaos Meter is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or from penalties/situations suggested during gameplay.
